5. Shipping & Delivery

• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is shipped.

6. Exchanges

• We do not offer refunds.

• We allow size exchanges only, within 5 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are only processed if the returned item is in fit condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags intact).

• Customers must bear the return shipping costs.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, images, text, designs) belongs to The Wishing Closet. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our website or products.
