Yes — we offer free standard shipping across India on all orders over ₹2500. Below ₹2500, standard shipping is a flat ₹150 anywhere in India. Orders are dispatched in 2–3 days and typically delivered in 5–7 business days within India.

As each piece is made to order, we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds, but we do offer size exchanges within 5 days of delivery (subject to stock) and will always help you get the right fit. Manufacturing defects or wrong items are covered — just contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Yes. Every piece is handmade to order in our Gurugram atelier and hand-finished by a single karigar, with covered seams and soft linings for comfort. We hold fabric, not stock — so there’s less waste and each outfit is made just for your child.

Yes — family combos are one of our specialities. We create matching sibling twinning sets (with girl and boy versions of many designs), and father & mother sizes are made to order on request, so the whole family can coordinate for festive occasions and photoshoots. We recommend a gentle hand-wash or dry-clean, and ironing on the reverse to protect prints and embellishments. Our natural, breathable fabrics are chosen to stay soft wash after wash.
