• Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled.

5. Shipping & delivery

• Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been shipped.

6. Exchanges

• We do not offer refunds.
• We allow size exchanges only, within 5 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are processed only if the item is returned in fit condition — unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags intact.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including logos, images, text, and designs — belongs to The Wishing Closet. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
