Every Wishing Closet piece is lovingly made to order for your little one, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Here's how we help you get it right first time, and what happens if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

No returns or exchanges

We do not accept returns and do not offer exchanges or refunds on any purchase, including for size or change of mind.

Get the right size first time

Please check our Size Guide before ordering. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp (+91 92172 28868) with your child's age and measurements and our Gurugram team will help you choose.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please email thewishingclosetmarketing@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos. Once verified, we will replace the item at no extra cost, including shipping.
